It has been the tradition of SCCI to develop young employees, normally
of school leaving age with hands on field job training under the direct supervision
of our fully trained engineers, coupled with off-site training initiatives.
The training initiative allows new and existing employees to have technical and
safety training through the CAI accredited courses and also includes inductions, new
technologies, software, administration and business training.
All SCCI trainees are put on various health and safety courses within
their training period from the essential Working Safely at Heights and CSCS Test to
First Aid.
