including studio facilities, cameras, lighting, programme creation and final editing to produce
the programme to be transmitted via satellite to the receiving locations. SCCI Project manage the
installation and engineering support at receiver locations for not only the satellite
receiver systems, but also the conference room, audio video system and meal requirements.
Customer Service and Call Control
SCCI supports its BMS customers with a fast response Customer Service Centre (CSC) dealing with
client sites across the globe. The CSC scheduling system is web based; enabling customers to see
in real time the status of their calls and the performance of SCCI.
